Venue- Sentryworld
Melanie reached out to me to shoot her wedding to Steve last year. We met up last fall (at Steve's family's land)......... and I FELL IN LOVE! (Now, I will be honest and say, I fell in love with not only the two of them (and Gavin) BUT the property as well! (OH MY GOODNESS).
The had the perfect engagement session.... perfect weather...... perfect location..... perfect couple.... everything was simply PERFECT.
So needless to say, after their engagement session, I could not wait for their wedding day to arrive!
Their big day FINALLY arrived (and I loved hearing the excitement in Melanie's voice as we got closer and closer). I arrived at Sentryworld in Stevens Point, and met up with the ladies in the bridal salon. Melanie had her dress all set up for pictures, and it was stunning! Her bouquet of flowers (done by Blooming Envy) was also stunning!
All the ladies looked amazing, and Melanie was the most glamorous bride.
Once the dress was on, and the shoes were buckled, we took a golf cart over to her first look with Steve, which was along a beautiful walkway of flowers. Their smiles once seeing each other were exactly what one hopes for when doing a first look :)
Melanie and Steve's ceremony was officiated by Melanie's brother, Jack. Jack, you did amazing!
The simple, elegant touches throughout the entire day made Melanie and Steve's wedding go on without a flaw, however, I will say that the best thing about their day, is seeing how in love the two of them are with one another! Photographing them is simple, it's effortless, and it makes my job so much fun! These two get close to each other, and you can just feel their happiness and excitement.
You guys had a beautiful wedding day. Thank you for having me be a part of it! (And thank you for the delicious pie for dessert also!!!!) (Thanks to Slice of Heaven for the pies also!)
