CANCELLATION POLICY- All retainer fees are non-refundable  in the event of a NO SHOW/LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION, your retainer fee is forfeited and a new retainer fee will be required to reschedule to a different date.  In the event that there is an emergency/sickness on your part, your retainer fee may be transferable to a different session date at a later determined date.  In the event that Maggie Augusta Photography has to cancel or reschedule your session, and the new session date does not work, your retainer fee will be returned to you.

COOPERATION- The parties agree to cheerful cooperation and communication for the best possible result.  The photographer is not responsible if key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during the photography session, or for missed images due to details not revealed to photographer. 

 

The photographer will do everything possible to get the best photos of your children.  If your child does not cooperate, it is understood that there are to be no refunds, re-shoots, or extended session times (special circumstances MAY ARISE on a case by case basis ex.) A child is sick/gets shots/extremely visibly upset/ or gets injured during session.  There will not be refunds/reshoots based on "faces my child makes".

Refunds will NOT be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up/hair, weather related issues.

In the event that on the day of the event, the client asked us to stop taking photos due to weather, dress malfunction, drama, or personal situation, we are not responsible for missed images.

ADDITIONAL INDIVIDUALS - Please do not bring along additional individuals to your session who are not being photographed that day (this may include grandparents, siblings, aunts/cousins/friends).  This may be very distracting to the subject of the pictures, as well as the photographer.

PRINTS- You invest so much time and money into your photo session. Pro labs do such an AMAZING job with the coloring and clarity of my photographs. At Maggie Augusta Photography, the lab of choice for pro prints is WHCC. 

 

You do have the option to print your images elsewhere.  (IF you are going to print with a consumer lab, I would highly/only recommend MPIX.com

I can only guarantee the color and quality of prints that have been printed with me through WHCC.  If there are any printing issues when you receive your WHCC prints, I will work with the lab to correct those issues!

ONLINE ALBUMS-  All sessions (excluding weddings) are sent out via a password protected web-album.  When you get your password and have chosen your included images, you are welcome to download the images, along with order your prints directly through WHCC.  I have gone through a few websites to find "the right one"!  The website that houses your web-albums is the most user friendly I have found! :)

 

Once you have given the "go ahead" to download your album, it will remain active for 90 days (3 months).  PLEASE download your images! :)

Once those 3 months are up, it will be archived to make room for other sessions.     

If you have not downloaded the images after 90 days, and you need to activate it for downloading, there is a 50.00 activation fee (It will then be active for an additional 90 days).

Download your images ........ order prints of your images ....... don't let your memories just sit in computer land ;)
